You'll join Oscar's Corporate Counsel team as a strategic partner to Procurement, negotiating all vendor contracts including complex health insurance agreements. You'll shape the company's contracting processes and leverage your expertise to guide business partners. This role offers a chance to implement AI tools into contract workflows at a fast-growing health tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft and negotiate complex health insurance agreements
• Negotiate commercial agreements like software licenses and NDAs
• Provide strategic advice to Procurement and business partners
• Improve and implement vendor contracting processes and templates

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from ABA accredited law school and 10+ years healthcare contract attorney experience
• Experience with complex health industry contracts
• Understanding of corporate law and contract drafting
• Experience with contract management systems
