💼 About This Role

You'll lead a touring team of 20 staff and local vendors to maximize venue sales while ensuring excellent customer service. You'll oversee all inventory, financials, and daily operations for a traveling show requiring 100% travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create venue sales plans and adjust pricing based on local markets.
• Project, order, and maintain merchandise inventory levels.
• Recruit, train, and coach sales staff and local vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service standards.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years retail sales management of 20+ associates.
• Valid Driver's License and Valid Passport.
• Food Handler or Food Manager Certification a plus.
