You'll serve as the bridge between customers and Engineering teams at ClickUp, a converged AI workspace. You'll champion customer experience by quickly resolving critical issues and coordinating cross-functional responses. This role stands out for its focus on C-suite stakeholder communication and large-scale project ownership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers to address critical issues quickly
  • Coordinate cross-functional responses for at-risk customers
  • Investigate, diagnose, and problem-solve alongside TS and EPD
  • Lead emergency escalations and communicate with C-suite

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years in Senior Technical Support or Escalations Engineering
  • 2+ years in a customer health role (CS, AM, Support)
  • Proven ownership of complex high-severity escalations
  • Experience with C-suite stakeholders both internal and external

  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce
