You'll serve as the bridge between customers and Engineering teams at ClickUp, a converged AI workspace. You'll champion customer experience by quickly resolving critical issues and coordinating cross-functional responses. This role stands out for its focus on C-suite stakeholder communication and large-scale project ownership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Engage with customers to address critical issues quickly
- Coordinate cross-functional responses for at-risk customers
- Investigate, diagnose, and problem-solve alongside TS and EPD
- Lead emergency escalations and communicate with C-suite
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in Senior Technical Support or Escalations Engineering
- 2+ years in a customer health role (CS, AM, Support)
- Proven ownership of complex high-severity escalations
- Experience with C-suite stakeholders both internal and external
โจ Nice to Have
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce
