💼 About This Role

You'll own the systems and process layer for Speak for Business (S4B), enabling Sales Leadership to focus on coaching and selling. Your core impact will be building scalable sales processes and driving predictable operating cadences across Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with Sales, Finance, and Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own weekly forecasting and pipeline rhythms with Sales leadership.
  • Build dashboards for pipeline coverage, forecast vs target, and stage conversion.
  • Enforce deal hygiene and clean highest-impact data issues.
  • Set up discounting guardrails and a clear approval matrix.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Ops, BizOps, or similar roles supporting B2B GTM teams.
  • Strong CRM operations and reporting experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
  • Clear communicator in both English and Korean.

  • Track record of AI tool adoption and leveraging AI tools.
  • Experience with territory and account assignment processes.
  • Background in channel partner reporting.
