You'll lead the entire marketing function at Buildout, the AI deal engine for CRE brokerages. Your core impact is driving demand generation and brand prominence to increase revenue and product adoption. This role reports to the CEO and offers the chance to operate from a market leader position while driving clear, focused outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute cohesive marketing vision and strategy.
• Drive demand generation and lead nurturing across channels.
• Manage brand positioning and industry influencer relationships.
• Lead marketing team of 4+ direct reports and external vendors.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years B2B SaaS marketing and sales experience.
• Proven success leading marketing for software/technology brands.
• Expertise in brand definition and demand generation.
• Strong track record managing budgets and marketing analytics.
