You'll build end-to-end workflows for AI sales coaching software that powers over 1,000 customers including The Home Depot. As an early technical steward, you'll set patterns for code quality and engineering culture as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end features across the full stack
• Ship production-ready code at high velocity
• Set code quality patterns and decision-making standards
• Scale system architecture as the company grows

📋 Requirements

• Strong coding skills in Javascript, C++, Python, or Rust
• Engineering experience ideally developed at start-ups
• Familiarity with storage and data processing systems and cloud infrastructure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
