💼 About This Role

You'll join the NCI Agency development team to build and maintain the IOTA suite of tools for NATO's interoperability testing. Your work directly supports secure communications for Allied operations.**

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test and maintain IOTA software modules
• Write and update software documentation for the IOTA suite
• Participate in Scrum team meetings and update backlog
• Implement architectural changes for system stability and performance

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-stack software developer
• 5+ years in software design and development
• Experience with SCRUM/Agile development
• Ability to obtain NATO Secret clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with NATO or defence sector projects
• Experience with XML and Java technologies
