You'll build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at B2B growth-stage startups, ensuring they get maximum value from Vendelux's AI-powered event marketing platform. You'll master the onboarding process and foster knowledge sharing among customers to drive adoption and success. This role offers the opportunity to help build the CS function at a fast-growing Series A company.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Master the onboarding process and guide customer training.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve satisfaction.

- 5+ years of Customer Success experience at B2B growth-stage startups
- Owned the full client lifecycle, renewals and upsells
- Takes ownership and demands excellence
- Fast learner in a fast-paced environment
