💼 About This Role

You'll join a small team responsible for the stability, performance, and security of server infrastructure including bare metal, VMs, databases, and queues. You'll own automation projects end-to-end and improve operational hygiene. This role offers a chance to work deeply with real infrastructure and use AI in daily work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with on-premise infrastructure including bare metal and VMs
• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and define requirements
• Own automation projects from design to maintenance
• Investigate production incidents across OS, networking, and infrastructure layers

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as DevOps Engineer or SRE
• Hands-on experience with servers at OS level and below
• Confident Linux skills (Ubuntu) and comfort with Linux Crisis Tools
• Production on-call experience diagnosing incidents and restoring service

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ClickHouse or MongoDB production operations
• Experience managing Kafka or Redis clusters at scale
• Experience with HAProxy / Nginx load balancing and SSL/TLS
