Description

You will own the vision and roadmap for authentication and safety experiences at SoFi, managing the tension between security and friction to make safety feel like a high-quality feature. Your responsibilities include hardening the front door with MFA and account recovery, designing experiences for fraud investigations, and collaborating across teams to defend against scams and account takeovers.

Requirements

• 5+ years Product Management experience with focus on Identity, Safety, Fraud, or Fintech
• Strong ownership and proactive approach in ambiguous environments
• Technical fluency to discuss integrated systems and APIs
• Adversarial empathy to anticipate malicious actor moves
• Customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Articulate comprehensive roadmap for Member Safety domain
• Harden authentication, MFA, and account recovery
• Build active awareness into risk checkpoints against scams
• Guide vision to improve member experience during fraud investigations
