🎯 What You'll Do

• Select, monitor and validate 1099 installation crews
• Document and maintain crew skill matrix
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory
• Perform quality job inspections and resolve issues

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant leadership experience in construction or installation
• 4+ years of general construction knowledge
• 3+ years in a field-based or home services environment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in business or operations management
• Background in warehouse management
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics
