Description

As an Enterprise Client Success Manager at Awardco, you will build strong relationships with assigned clients, understand their business challenges, and help them maximize value from the Awardco platform. You'll drive customer success for our largest accounts, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• 5+ years of customer-facing SAAS experience
• Friendly, people-oriented personality
• Experience working in client relations preferred
• Master's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' business challenges and industry trends, consult on achieving objectives
• Drive Customer Success with Awardco's largest customers
• Develop relationships with influential users and convert them into champions
• Collaborate on strategic plans to achieve goals and measure progress
• Conduct regular business reviews to celebrate outcomes and identify growth opportunities
