Description

You will lead and shape the strategic direction of behaviour change campaigns, integrating behavioural science with creative approaches to drive measurable impact. You'll conduct in-depth audience analysis, mentor junior strategists, and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in behaviour change, behavioural research, or leading strategic campaign development
• Fluency in Dutch
• Interest in behaviour change and understanding why people behave as they do
• Exceptional ability to synthesise complex data into clear, compelling narratives

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of behaviour change campaigns for diverse clients
• Collaborate with creative teams to align concepts with behaviour change techniques
• Conduct in-depth audience research and identify key drivers/barriers
• Develop and refine advanced behaviour change strategies and present to clients
• Mentor and guide junior behavioural strategists
