You'll serve patients by identifying the best method for retrieving blood and preparing specimens for laboratory testing. Your work ensures quality results and compliance with standards. This role is onsite in Washington, MO at a global leader in genetic testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify test requisitions and resolve discrepancies with nursing staff.
• Obtain blood specimens via venipunctures and finger sticks.
• Maintain specimen integrity and track collections.
• Perform quality-control checks and maintain logs.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy Certificate if required by state
• Knowledge of HIPAA and safety standards
