🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and flows to match client GTM strategies
• Manage data migrations and maintain data hygiene across multiple clients
• Build and optimize routing logic, validation rules, and reporting dashboards
• Collaborate with RevOps directors to translate architecture into technical execution

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration experience
• 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy role
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows
• Experience with LeanData, Gong, Outreach, and CPQ tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certification
• SaaS experience
