🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient medication management for adults
• Conduct therapy sessions as part of treatment
• Maintain patient records and treatment plans
• Collaborate with mid-level providers (optional)

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more US states
• Board certified or board eligible (BE/BC)
• Unencumbered DEA registration
• Experience in both medication management and therapy
