You'll join Deltia, an AI-powered computer vision startup helping factories improve efficiency. You'll drive pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads across Europe, working directly with founders and AEs to learn enterprise sales. This role offers a clear path to AE within 12-15 months and the chance to scale the go-to-market playbook at a rocketship-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and reach out to potential manufacturing customers across Europe.
  • Start conversations with operations, production, and quality leaders.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Partner with AE to shape pipeline, messaging, and market feedback.

📋 Requirements

  • 1-3 years in B2B sales or sales development
  • Strong communication skills - written, spoken, and over the phone
  • Comfortable talking to engineers, production managers, and factory leaders
  • Organized and disciplined - keeps clean notes and knows numbers

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, or Aircall
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Clay, n8n
  • Interest in AI, robotics, or manufacturing tech
