💼 About This Role

You'll conduct remote psychiatric assessments and manage medication plans for a mission-driven mental health company. You'll collaborate with therapists and physicians to deliver measurement-based care in a flexible, part-time role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 60-minute psychiatric assessments and 30-minute management sessions remotely.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
• Partner with therapists through integrated care plans and team consultations.

📋 Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Licensed to practice in Virginia as a PMHNP
• 2+ years of experience as a PMHNP
• Active DEA license in Virginia

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional licensure in Maryland and Washington DC
• Experience delivering remote telepsychiatry services
• Open to obtaining additional state licenses
