💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver enablement programs to empower Account Executives and Sales Engineers in winning new customers. You'll translate go-to-market strategy into practical sales narratives and measure program effectiveness. This role offers the chance to shape how sales teams ramp and continuously improve at a leading multicloud company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver enablement programs for AEs and SEs.
• Partner with channel motion leaders on onboarding and upskilling.
• Translate GTM strategy into AE and SE-ready sales narratives.
• Support new product launches and GTM changes with training.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in revenue enablement or sales enablement supporting AEs or SEs.
• Experience supporting or selling in a channel motion.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and new logo acquisition.
• Experience supporting multiple products and GTM motions in a scaling SaaS organization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as an Account Executive, Sales Engineer, or Sales Manager.
• Familiarity with enablement platforms, LMS tools, and CRM systems.
• Experience enabling technical sales motions with Sales and Sales Engineering collaboration.
