💼 About This Role

You'll join a flat SRE team of four engineers in Munich, keeping Kubernetes platforms observable, resilient, and boring-to-upgrade. Your core impact is ensuring zero-downtime operations and partner with Application Security on container security. This role offers room to grow into a security champion over time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and improve Kubernetes production platforms for zero-downtime upgrades.
• Grow into expert on ELK-based log platform for cross-cluster monitoring.
• Maintain Prometheus alerting rules and Grafana dashboards.
• Partner with Application Security Engineer on Kubernetes and container security.
• Automate operational toil through GitOps workflow (Flux, GitLab CI).

📋 Requirements

• Several years hands-on SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise with deep hands-on experience in one area.
• Proven depth in ELK stack for logging pipelines and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana.
• Solid coding in Go, Python, or Bash.

• Experience in regulated industries (financial services, legal, healthcare).
• Track record of designing custom Kubernetes Operators.
• Service-mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd, Cilium).
