💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end implementation projects for Commure's AI medical scribe product, partnering with cross-functional teams and healthcare customer stakeholders. You will manage timelines, drive successful deployments, and ensure seamless go-live experiences. This role requires working onsite in Mountain View, CA with up to 30% travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from contract close to go-live.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as primary point of contact for customer stakeholders during implementation.
• Oversee system configuration, integration, and testing with customer workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or project management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems.
• Experience with data analysis and API integrations.

• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or medical documentation workflows.
• Proficiency in Retool or SQL.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
