You'll lead medical affairs projects supporting product development and commercialization, focusing on clinical research studies and data generation for a biotech innovating in immune medicine. You'll track external collaborations and IRB protocols to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead internal research projects from initiation to completion
• Track external collaborative research studies and assess progress
• Develop and maintain project charters, timelines, and work plans
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years project management experience (or Master's with 3+ years)
• PMP or equivalent certification
• 2+ years in biomedical research, biotech, or healthcare setting
• Proven delivery of project/operational success in biomedical research

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with diagnostic regulatory pathways (FDA, CLIA, CE-IVD)
• Experience with real-world data/evidence lifecycle
• Experience from commercial product launches in diagnostics
