You'll join Carvana's high-tech reconditioning center, painting and perfecting vehicles for our customers. Your work ensures every car meets our high standards before reaching our website. Enjoy 100% company-paid healthcare and a $6,000 bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mix and match paint colors using water-based paint systems
• Paint vehicles in paint booths (base coats, tri-coats, clear coats)
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless finish
• Inspect cosmetic imperfections and perform paint corrections

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old

• Experience with water-based paints
• ASE certification
• Prior work in a high-volume production environment
