You'll design high-performance analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, from specification through silicon evaluation to product introduction. You'll work on transistor-level circuits in advanced CMOS processes using industry-standard EDA tools. This role offers hands-on involvement with cutting-edge mixed-signal designs at a leading semiconductor company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design transistor-level circuits for high-performance data converters
• Supervise layout and perform post-layout verification
• Evaluate silicon on bench and characterize performance
• Collaborate with global teams to meet project schedules

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC design
• Experience with high-speed ADC or DAC design
• Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE
• Familiarity with layout parasitic extraction tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with behavioral modeling in Verilog-A or similar
• Knowledge of DLL, PLL, or bandgap reference circuits
• Experience with advanced CMOS nodes (e.g., 7nm, 5nm)
