You'll lead the manufacturing process development for cutting-edge defense hardware, collaborating with design engineers to scale from prototype to full-rate production. You'll drive process improvements, reduce costs, and instill a culture of innovation within a mission-driven team building advanced military systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team to deliver on-time completion of development and production units
• Drive design for manufacturing best practices with design engineers
• Own documentation such as MBOMs and work instructions for scale
• Analyze metrics for continuous improvement initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or hard science
• 8+ years in manufacturing or similar prototyping position
• Demonstrated team leadership skills with backing examples
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance

• Experience building or transforming production operations organizations
• Harness PCBA fabrication experience with SMT processes
• Hands-on experience with R/C or autonomous flight vehicles
