Description
As a Personal Trainer with Svetness, you will design and deliver personalized in-home fitness programs, empowering clients to achieve their health goals. You'll use the Svetness App to track progress and communicate, while enjoying the flexibility to set your own schedule.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited personal training certification
- CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from initial assessment
- Utilize Svetness Fitness App for session notes and programming
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications
- Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes to sessions
