Description

You will own the strategic direction and end-to-end roadmap for Altruist's trading platform, architecting a comprehensive product strategy that balances rapid innovation with the extreme reliability required for financial execution. You'll drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, and Operations to translate complex trading workflows into seamless advisor experiences, and serve as the primary authority on trading product health.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience from a high-caliber tech firm or fintech
• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex products
• Prior experience in trading or investment platforms is a significant plus
• Foundational financial acumen, including solid grasp of investment management terms
• Deep technical literacy to engage with engineers and understand system trade-offs
• Exceptional communication skills
• Operational flexibility to support US market hours
• Hybrid based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Dallas
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred

• Utilize AI-driven workflows and prototyping to accelerate the product development lifecycle
• Serve as the primary authority on trading product health, monitoring key performance metrics and directing resources
• Liaise with Compliance and Trading Operations to ensure product strategies align with regulatory demands
