You'll drive Habitat's operating model and lead the launch process for new PACE centers. You'll own cross-functional strategic initiatives and build execution infrastructure for scaling. This high-impact role combines the rigor of a consultant with the urgency of an operator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Go-Live Readiness for new PACE centers
• Run executive readiness reviews and cross-functional forums
• Design rollout strategies and governance structures for change management
• Define and manage operational metrics and escalation pathways

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in strategy, operations, or high-growth healthcare environments
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, finance, or related field
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong ability to structure ambiguity and align stakeholders
