You'll bridge client needs and technical delivery as a solution design lead for a RiskOps platform. You'll design scalable architectures that solve business challenges and support long-term goals, guiding projects from sales through completion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate client needs into high-level, scalable solution architectures
• Create actionable development backlogs addressing gaps in out-of-the-box solutions
• Support sales cycle with technical expertise and present solutions to stakeholders
• Guide project execution to match architectural vision and review deliverables

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of Java development experience
• 2+ years in systems/solution design
• Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and data processing (Spark, ELK)
