💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the sole ShipBob representative at a partner fulfillment center, monitoring and completing inventory control activities. Your core impact involves investigating discrepancies, performing quality checks, and resolving merchant requests within SLAs. This role offers direct partnership with leadership and a chance to develop scalable operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes per SOPs
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies within 24-hour SLA
• Perform physical location checks and reconcile inventory variances
• Respond to merchant inventory requests via ticketing system within 2-hour SLA
• Present weekly performance reports during business reviews

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software
• Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision on-site
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Experience using an RF Scanner
• Experience communicating directly with customers or vendors
