💼 About This Role

You'll join MeBe Family as an RBT and enroll in our Candidate Program to complete your BCBA certification. You'll provide play-filled, evidence-based therapy for children with autism and gain unlimited free supervised fieldwork hours. Our program offers a unique community and curriculum to prepare you for the BCBA exam.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect data and monitor progress
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and parents

📋 Requirements

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain
• Enrolled in or planning to enroll in a BCBA program within 3 months
• Previous RBT experience
• Employed at MeBe as an RBT

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with assessments like VBMAPP or AFLS
• Knowledge of insurance fluency
