💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle for Ebury's global client base, balancing customer experience with regulatory compliance. Your work will directly enable growth across new geographies and segments. This role offers the chance to shape critical infrastructure at a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define strategy and roadmap for KYC/KYB flows
• Design customer KYC/KYB journeys and risk rating frameworks
• Partner with compliance and operations teams to optimize controls
• Translate regulatory requirements into product requirements

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Manager
• 2+ years working on KYC/KYB or onboarding products
• Strong understanding of CDD/EDD and jurisdictional regulations
• Experience with risk scoring systems or case management tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience building platforms for both B2B and B2B2C use cases
