💼 About This Role

You'll own the management of 200+ automated customer accounts at a packaging sustainability platform, ensuring high-quality support through efficient ticket management and onboarding. This hands-on role also involves supporting 2 key managed accounts and gaining exposure to enterprise relationships. You'll track and report on ticket volumes to identify trends and improve processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and manage 200+ customer accounts via a ticketing system
  • Respond to customer queries within a 24-hour SLA
  • Onboard new automated customers via webinars and account setup
  • Track ticket volumes, response times, and SLA adherence

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer success, support, or operations
  • Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and empathetic
  • Comfortable with data and identifying patterns
  • Ability to work autonomously and set own priorities

✨ Nice to Have

  • Interest in sustainability, climate, or impact-driven businesses
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Hubspot, Salesforce)
