You will drive key operational projects and complex cross-functional workstreams within the enterprise sales organization, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with corporate goals. You'll own enforcement of sales processes, devise and implement new solutions, and improve tools like Salesforce and Zendesk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or equivalent analytical/operational role
  • Proven ability to own project objectives with minimal guidance
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with clear work-back plans
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Own project objectives and milestones with minimal guidance, driving projects end-to-end
  • Enforce sales processes and policies, recommending improvements for on-time, high-quality work
  • Devise and implement new solutions for complex project-level issues, including UAT for tools like Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Proactively prioritize work across workstreams and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Champion Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally
