💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership and use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits in a music and pop culture retail environment. You'll help daily operations and meet sales targets, creating the best experience for customers. This role offers the chance to open and close the store and contribute to a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive add-on sales at the register
• Step up for leadership support on the sales floor when needed
• Open and close the store, including register closeout
• Assist with planogram changes and stock room maintenance

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and lift up to 50 pounds
