Description

You will lead warehouse operations at CookUnity's Chicago facility, overseeing receiving, inventory, ingredient distribution, and order staging. You'll manage a large team, drive continuous improvement, and partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless material flow and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management or equivalent experience
• 8+ years warehouse/supply chain experience, 5+ years in leadership
• Experience in food production or high-volume fulfillment
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS/MRP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Infor)
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory, ingredient picking, distribution
• Manage team of 25+ salaried and hourly associates and leaders
• Serve as WMS/ERP system lead for Chicago site
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma
• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP) and sanitation standards
