💼 About This Role

You'll support the project team with administrative and field-related tasks to ensure construction activities are monitored and documented. You will assist with daily site observations, reporting, and documentation for a design-build firm. This internship offers hands-on experience in construction project management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Accompany daily site walkthroughs for observation and documentation.
• Assist with photographic records of construction progress.
• Support preparation of reports, logs, and checklists.
• Organize project documents, drawings, and site records.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective written and verbal communication in Spanish.
• Interest in construction processes and field supervision.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Procore, MS Teams, Bluebeam, or Revit.
• English language skills (desirable).
