Description

You will deliver high-quality ultrasound services in a patient-centered environment, performing diagnostic procedures and collaborating with care teams to support accurate diagnoses and positive outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years full-time experience as an Ultrasound Technician.
• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Tech Program in the US.
• Current ARDMS registration with certification in abdominal and pelvic examination.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to work 16-24 hours per week including Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures including extremity, abdominal, pelvic, soft tissue, scrotal, thyroid, and lumps and bumps.
• Ensure ultrasound tests are of high diagnostic quality.
• Explain exam and communicate procedures to members, preparing and positioning them for imaging.
• Maintain member records in EMR and image storage platform.
• Inspect and maintain imaging equipment, diagnose malfunctions, and communicate needs to leadership.
