  • Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to compliance, payroll, and benefits.

  • Manage queue of open issues for timely resolution.

  • 5 years minimum professional experience in customer service.
  • 1 year minimum experience in payroll, benefits, or HR administration.
  • Comfort handling challenging situations over the phone.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
