- Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot issues related to compliance, payroll, and benefits.
- Work through creative solutions and resolve issues.
- Manage queue of open issues for timely resolution.
๐ Requirements
- 5 years minimum professional experience in customer service.
- 1 year minimum experience in payroll, benefits, or HR administration.
- Comfort handling challenging situations over the phone.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
