You will lead post-sales delivery for strategic enterprise accounts, managing cross-functional teams through implementation and customer success. This role bridges technical and business domains to translate use cases into requirements while building trust with executives and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience with emphasis on enterprise software delivery and professional services
• Minimum 10 years in engagement management or client-facing program leadership in enterprise SaaS
• Proven ability to navigate business and technical dimensions of enterprise software implementation
• Track record of building trusted advisor relationships with senior executives and technical teams
• Hands-on experience with enterprise app development, predictive analytics, or middleware integration

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic enterprise customers
• Lead joint C3 AI/Customer teams through planning, design, implementation, and post-go-live phases
• Collaborate to define scope, requirements, timelines, and success metrics
• Manage project governance including plans, status reviews, and executive steering committee presentations
• Identify incremental use cases and engage stakeholders on new opportunities
