You'll ensure each district has a clear plan tailored to their goals and initiatives. This role offers the chance to build relationships with district leaders and drive instructional impact through technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts
• Partner with district leaders to create professional development plans
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across districts
• Travel 40-60% within Arkansas to deliver hands-on support

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Experience as a school or district administrator
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative
