Description

You will engage one-on-one with patients and customers in a retail dispensary, helping them select the right cannabis products and consumption methods while providing education on safety and effectiveness. You'll maintain a positive, compliant environment and perform various roles from front-of-house to back-of-house operations.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
Must be 21+ years old
Pass all required background checks
Valid driver's license or state ID

Responsibilities

Engage and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety
Use product knowledge to recommend safe and effective regimens
Verify order deliveries and support store operations
Maintain compliance with cannabis regulations and store cleanliness
