Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work with individuals with Autism and IDDs to reduce challenging behaviors and increase functional skills in center, home, or community settings. You'll implement treatment plans, collect data, and build relationships with clients and families.

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to pursue
• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and follow established treatment plans
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families, and pre-school staff
• Implement behavior therapy techniques
• Document interventions and progress towards goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
