You'll join an interdisciplinary team delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and young adults. Your work will directly shape the future of pediatric mental health care at a clinician-founded organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct evaluations and medication management for ages 2–26
• Collaborate with therapists on whole-child treatment plans
• Educate parents and caregivers on mental health journey
• Oversee diagnostic testing and maintain HIPAA-compliant records

📋 Requirements

• PMHNP-BC certification
• Master's Degree from accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year of independent psychiatric experience
• Active license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience with children/adolescents
• Proficiency in Google Suite and EMR systems
• Licensed in multiple states
