💼 About This Role

You'll build and mature a next-generation security operations program at Anaplan, leading a talented team of security engineers. Your core impact will be evolving the SOC from reactive response to a proactive, intelligence-driven defense model. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with operational command.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evolve SOC strategy to proactive, intelligence-driven defense model
• Act as primary technical mentor and escalation point for the SOC team
• Command day-to-day activities including log ingestion and detection engineering
• Develop KPIs and metrics to demonstrate SOC effectiveness

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading a Security Operations Centre (SOC)
• Strong background in driving operational improvements using metrics
• Deep technical expertise in log analysis, detection engineering, and incident response
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to solve complex technical challenges

✨ Nice to Have

• Relevant qualifications such as LDR551: Building and Leading Security Operations Centers
• Experience with SOAR platforms and threat hunting programs
