💼 About This Role

You'll lead Blockstream's expansion across EMEA, driving enterprise partnerships for Bitcoin-native infrastructure. You'll bridge Bitcoin and traditional finance, targeting Tier-1 banks and digital asset firms. This role offers significant leadership weight in rebuilding regional coverage and scaling a high-performing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take ownership of European market, scaling team through recruitment and mentorship
• Proactively hunt and close new enterprise partnerships in financial hubs
• Develop and execute GTM strategy tailored to European regulatory landscape
• Manage end-to-end negotiation for MOUs, LOIs, and partnership agreements

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in business development targeting sell-side capital markets or institutional digital assets
• Proven track record of aggressive pipeline generation and networking in European financial ecosystems
• Experience at Director or Managing Director level in large European investment bank or digital asset firm
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and develop high-performing BDR/BDM teams

• Direct exposure to institutional trading workflows, collateral management, and settlement processes
• Strong technical understanding of Bitcoin-native infrastructure (Liquid, Lightning, tokenization)
