You'll provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to end users, including executives and VIPs, at a major sports and entertainment venue. Your work ensures seamless event technology operations and IT service delivery for a world-class facility. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse technologies in a dynamic live-event environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex technical issues.
- Support end users via phone, email, and in-person, including executives and VIPs.
- Deliver on-site event support for ticketing, point-of-sale, and WiFi.
- Manage deployment and configuration of endpoint devices and asset tracking.
๐ Requirements
- AA/AS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android mobile device operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting TCP/IP and Wi-Fi issues.
โจ Nice to Have
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred.
