You'll provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to end users, including executives and VIPs, at a major sports and entertainment venue. Your work ensures seamless event technology operations and IT service delivery for a world-class facility. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex technical issues.
  • Support end users via phone, email, and in-person, including executives and VIPs.
  • Deliver on-site event support for ticketing, point-of-sale, and WiFi.
  • Manage deployment and configuration of endpoint devices and asset tracking.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • AA/AS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of iOS and Android mobile device operating systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting TCP/IP and Wi-Fi issues.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
  • ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred.
