You'll own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles at RevenueCat, a fast-growing mobile monetization platform powering $10B+ in annual purchase volume. You'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, building pipelines and optimizing processes to ensure every hire is exceptional. This remote-first role offers the chance to shape a high-density team across 25 countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple technical and non-technical roles.
  • Execute creative outbound sourcing strategies to engage passive talent.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in Ashby; ensure efficient candidate progression.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and structure interviews.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, mostly technical in SaaS/tech.
  • Proven outbound sourcing skills building pipelines from scratch.
  • Expertise with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven recruiting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; remote-first experience.
