💼 About This Role

You'll support literacy and math instruction in a PreK-4 school, helping ensure student safety and success. You'll build relationships with students and parents, and assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons. This role is crucial for student growth in a diverse urban district.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one and in small groups with students
• Focus on literacy, math, and library services
• Prioritize tasks assigned by teachers and leaders
• Ensure safety of students on caseload
• Build relationships with students and parents

📋 Requirements

• Associate's Degree or 60 completed college credits
• Proof of passing the ETS Paraprofessional Exam

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience with students in small group and RTI settings
• Understanding of IEPs
• Desire to become a certified teacher long term
