Description
You will respond to customer inquiries across voice and digital channels, learn Raisin's platform to support UK customers, and collaborate on process improvements to enhance the customer experience. You'll work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain high standards of data security and compliance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience in fintech or financial services preferred
